Tips for Radiant and Healthy Skin

We all want to achieve that glowing and radiant skin. Too much chemicals in the products we use daily can harm our skin, eventually causing us allergies or even malignant diseases. Aside from this obvious reason, I do not like using a lot of products on my skin simply because I am too lazy to put everything on. 😀 These are enough reasons to include healthful diet into our system.

So how do we keep a healthy lifestyle and radiant-looking skin? Here are some tips:

  1. Take vitamins especially vitamin C. It has a lot of benefits. In fact, our immune system will be boosted when we take vitamins. Also, it is highly recommended that you eat fruits and vegetables high in vitamin C rather than taking supplements.
  2. Drink a lot of water. Always hydrate your skin.
  3. Get enough sleep.
  4. Exercise. Your skin will keep its vibrant touch. Moving helps regulate skin-significant hormones, thereby, making your skin a lot healthier.
  5. Lastly, switch from drinking soft drinks to juices. It is also helpful that you make your own juices.

If you are new to juicing, here is a recipe you would surely love.

Blend the following fruits and vegetables:

  • 1 green apple
  • 3 stacks of celery
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber

You may also try this:

  • Few slices of pineapple
